Real Estate has been a goal of mine for many years. When my children were small, I knew I couldn't give the time that would be needed to achieve this goal. Now that they are grown, I can give 100% to my clients when needed. I don't feel you can do this job "part-time". My background in the Medical Field, as Office Manger for over 14 years, has given me a great amount of experience in dealing with people in tough, sometimes life changing situations. You really have to focus and stay on top of the important tasks. I also have a lot of experience with contract negotiations from many years of dealing with insurance companies. It seems second-nature to me to negotiate a "better deal".
